An unscripted working session with Alex Baracella (Nintu design sets) covering real Tailwind workflow questions: fluid type/space scales driven by CSS variables, when to extend vs. overwrite Tailwind's config, and a preview of Plain Classes for Gutenberg with loose autocomplete — plus a look at where the Nintu design sets for Winden/Bricks are heading.

• Early preview of Plain Classes' loose autocomplete for Gutenberg
• Build a fluid type/spacing scale using CSS custom properties, not Tailwind's built-in scale utilities
• Use the Fluid Type Scale tool to generate variables and share a config via URL
• Extend vs. overwrite: when to add to Tailwind's defaults vs. replace them with your own naming
• Apply the same fluid-variable approach to font sizes
• A bug found live: extended font-size keys can't start with a number (e.g. 2xl needs quotes)
• Nintu design sets: brand-color-driven templates for Bricks, built for pairing with Winden
