In this video I'll show you how to separate yourself, or any object, from the background of a video with a free Claude skill. Then I use it on a Mac mini unboxing to add text behind the object, dim the background and motion-track the ports. Along the way I share my golden nugget: the scene-by-scene review page I use to edit my own videos with Claude. This is the kind of edit you'd normally do in Adobe After Effects and pay a subscription for. Here, the separation runs on your own machine and Claude Opus 5.5 does the editing.
