Note - I don't know why this is even getting views, it isn't thoroughly explained and is not much helpful either.
Anyways this is okay and it does work (even though it isn't explained inaccurately).

All you're supposed to do is -

Replace the current "data" folder (IN THE GTA SA DIRECTORY)[Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa] with the original "data" folder which was there when you downloaded the game or .zip and you're good to go.

OR IF THIS ^ DOES NOT WORK

Then it's a problem with some cheat or a recent Mod/Mod-pack you downloaded, so you might wanna delete the recent mod or any suspicious cheat.

IF THIS ^ DOES NOT WORK EITHER

Then you have to reinstall the game.

Now, you won't get any black screen issues now in GTA: SA.
