PowKiddy's latest emulation device is a throwback to an older generation of retro handhelds, but with greatly improved controls and a killer $40 price point. In particular, this might be the best small GBA handheld out right now, thanks to its pitch-perfect 2x integer scaling for that system alone. Let's investigate.
