🔌 GNS3 VPCS to VPCS Connectivity | IP Configuration, Ping Test & Cable Management

In this hands-on GNS3 tutorial, I demonstrate how to set up network connectivity between two Virtual PCs (VPCS) running on the GNS3 VM, including IP configuration, connection setup, and basic testing using the ping utility.

🎯 What You’ll Learn in This Video:

🖥️ Launching VPCS Instances
• How to launch two VPCS nodes
• Set them to run on the GNS3 VM
• Power on each VPCS individually and together

🧰 Interface Display Settings
• Show/hide interface names for better topology visualization

🔗 Connecting & Disconnecting VPCS
• How to create a cable connection between VPCS1 and VPCS2
• How to delete the connection

🖧 IP Address Configuration
• Console access to both VPCS
• Assigning IP addresses:
- VPCS1 → 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0
- VPCS2 → 192.168.10.2 255.255.255.0
• Verifying configuration with the show ip command

📶 Ping Test & Network Behavior
• Use of the ping command to verify connectivity
• What happens when the cable is removed (ping times out)
• Reconnecting the cable and observing successful ping responses

This is a great foundational video if you're learning networking concepts or practicing for CCNA/CCNP certifications. It demonstrates basic but crucial troubleshooting and setup workflows in GNS3.
