MOSCOW HOSTELS - CHEAP AND SERIOUSLY
Hello! I decided to make a short review of Moscow hostels, as the topic of housing and real estate in Moscow is always relevant. Everyone who comes to the capital first of all, of course, is looking for an overnight stay, there are options for beds for 150-300 rubles per day, you can see how such hostels and hostels will look in this video.
I must warn you that this type of housing is not suitable for everyone, so I recommend watching this video.
I lived in various dormitories in Moscow, both legal and illegal, which were equipped with bunk beds and converted into a hostel from an ordinary apartment.
By the way, apartment-type hostels are also a good option for a real estate business.
All you have to do is make some minor repairs and make arrangements with someone to keep you from being evicted.
It is also worth noting that there are cockroaches and bedbugs in hostels, in almost all of them, and it is useless to poison them. Where there are a lot of people and food, these insects will always be, unfortunately this is true.
In general, watch this video and see for yourself how to organize affordable housing for yourself in Moscow or in any other region. Thank you all for your attention and enjoy your viewing. Good luck!
