To Contribute to Open Source on GitHub you need to know some git commands. This video shows you the 5 + 1 commands you must know in order to easily open a Pull Request.

DISCLAIMER: This video is meant to be for beginners with little or zero GIT knowledge. I will oversimplify some concepts with the purpose of giving you a basic set of skills to apply immediately on Open Source, in particular on GitHub, as Hacktoberfest is starting shortly.

I still recommend everyone to properly study GIT and get used to this powerful and widespread tool you're gonna use every day as a developer.

I might even record a new video in the future going more in details on these commands and some more you might use often.
