Create a Variable(vNoofBars)
Go to Settings Tab - Variable Overview - Add - Give Variable name as vNoofBars
Assing the Variable in Input Box
Right Click on Sheet - New Sheet Object - Input Box - Select Variable(vNoofBars) - Add - Single on Variable - give Lable - ok
Assign the variable in Bar Chart Dimension Limits Tab
Right click on Bar Chart - Properties - Dimension Limits Tab - Under Show Largest Assign Vriable(vNoofBars)

Go to Setting Tab - Variable Overview - Add - Give Variable Name as vDisplay
Assign the Variable in Input Box
Right Click on Sheet - New Sheet Object - Input Box - Select Variable(vDisplay) - Add - Give Lable - ok
Assign the Variable in Layout Tabs of Year and Month List boxes
Right Click on Year List Box - Properties - Layout Tab - Under Show, Conditional Give vDisplay='Year' - ok
Right Click on Month List Box - Properties - Layout Tab - Under Show, Conditional Give vDisplay='Month' - ok
