This video shows how to set up and configure a Squid Server on Centos7 and client used here is Windows10. We will configure the server role and I will show you how to block websites.

The basic thing is to add two network adapters to the Server(Cetos7).

1. For LAN connectivity: We will use internal network and put this client and server on same network by assigning the static IP to both of them.

2. For WAN connectivity: Server will get the IP automatically. (from your home Wifi device)

Don't forget to check ping connectivity between client and server before downloading and installing Squid.

The windows client will access the internet through the NAT adapter of the server.

Hope you will enjoy!!!
