You can create a custom Google Start Page
Launch Google Chrome.
Click the 3 Dots at the top-right corner of the window.
Click the Settings option near the bottom of the menu.
Click the On start up option to the left.
Click the Open a specific page or set of pages option in the On startup section.
Click Add Page a New Page.
Type the site URL.
Click Add.
