DPS | SOBER DRIVER OR LAWLESSNESS 2021 #kaliningrad #lawlessness #DPS #reason for stopping
03/07/2021 In Kaliningrad, on Pechatnaya Street, I was stopped by a traffic police officer, he referred to the event "drunk driver", but then the whole circus with a pseudo reason for stopping began.
Traffic police violations were also clearly visible, it seemed like they had recently passed recertification, but they forgot the rules of law and the law.
In general, as a result, they showed an official paper, but why they needed to check my documents in the database is unknown
