Life lately has felt like A LOT. 😂❤️
Some days are exciting and fun and full of things I'm looking forward to… and some mornings are just HARD. Kids are emotional, I'm emotional, everyone needs something, we're running late, and somehow I'm supposed to keep up with all of it while also remembering that these are the days I'm going to miss someday.
In this video, I'm bringing you along for a few very full days around here — the good, the hard, the emotional, the exciting and all the little everyday things in between.
We talk about those hard mornings with kids, emotional days, and my thoughts on all of the spirit days at school. I also share a birthday celebration that was SO sweet but, of course, somehow made me emotional too. 😂
We have some exciting pool updates! We got TWO different mockups for the space, so I'm sharing both with you because I need your opinions. Which one do you like better? What would you add? What would you take away? I want to hear all of your ideas!
We also got some new furniture, I'm making a couple of recipes, and FINALLY — I ordered Wolfgang's birthday party things. Just in time. 😂 Because apparently waiting until the last possible second is one of my love languages.
It's really just a little snapshot of life right now — five kids, birthdays, school, house projects, meals, decisions, emotions, a million things happening at once and me trying to keep up with all of it.
And honestly, that's what I love about these videos. Life isn't always perfectly organized or beautifully planned. Sometimes it's overwhelming. Sometimes it's really fun. Sometimes I'm exhausted and sometimes I'm so grateful I could cry.
Most of the time… it's all happening at the exact same time.
