How to setup our own NTP server:-

Vim /etc/chrony.conf:- it is used to configure the time on the ntp server.first we have to set the ntp pool from the ntp pool website and add iburst keyword in the last of every line of the ntp pool address. Then update the allow clients in this file.

systemctl start chronyd :- it will start the chronyd service temporarily.

systemctl enable chronyd :- it will start the chronyd service permanently.

Chronyc sources:- it shows the time server from where the time is updating on the server system.

Chronyc clients:- it shows the clients that are connected to the ntp server.

Systemctl stop firewalld:-stop the firewall

Systemctl disable firewalld:- disable the firewall.

Systemctl restart chronyd.service:- restart the ntl server time.

Now the ntp server has been established and any client can access the time using the ip address of our ntp server.
