it is a basic problem of new users of php to run the any php code.
1.check database name
2.copy database name from.sql file
3.open phpmyadmin
4.create new database same as availble in your project file from database.
5.import sql file from c/xamp/htdocs/your project name folder/.sql file
6.click go
7.Successfully import sql file
8.type localhost/phpproject folder name
9.your project will be run
