How To Change A Table Saw Blade
How to change out a table saw blade. I see people looking for the answer to this quite often so I shared my video while changing the blade on my old Sears Craftsman table saw.
To change a blade out is very simple but many people have no idea where to begin. Some people buy a table saw for a specific project or home renovation but have no idea how to swap out the blade when it gets dull.
When I did a video on changing out the blade on my Ryobi cordless circular saw, it was a hit. I get thanked all the time for this video.
So I made a video on how to change out the blade on a table saw.
You have to first make sure the power is off. Unplug the cord from the outlet to be safe.
Then raise up the blade to its highest point.
Next remove the shield if any so you can access the blade shaft and retaining nut.
Put a piece of wood against the blade and hold it firmly in place while turning the nut clockwise to loosen it.
Table saw threads are revers of normal threads.
Remove the retaining nut and washer.
Now remove the blade.
Do the reverse to put it all together.
