If you move vs code to the applications directory
You may come across this message
EACCES: permission denied, unlink '/usr/local/bin/code'
1) You will have to open visual studio code.
2) Use the Keyboard short cut CMD+Shift+ P
3) Then type uninstall
You will then see Shell Command: Uninstall the‘ code’ command from PATH. Run this command.
Repeat step 2 and type install. You will then see Shell Command: Install ‘code’ command in PATH
