YouTube Video Comments Turned Off Problem FIX
To fix the issue of having your YouTube video comments turned off, first start by going into your channel default upload settings. Make sure the default setting is set to have your video comments on. This can sometimes turn itself off from time to time. If that doesn't fix the issue than you should go into the individual video settings. From there, you can manually go and turn on or off the video comment problem. Make sure to turn the comments on and then save. Then go and turn them off and save. Then back on and save. This fixes the video comments turned off problem.
