Learn how to make TV Turn on and TV Turn off effect using adobe premiere pro. In this adobe premiere pro tutorial, we will be learning to make TV switch On and OFF effect in a very easy way. We will be keyframing scale properties of the video and will be adding an effect called Brightness and Contrast to make this effect work.
