PLSQL user define function to convert the date into desired format (UDF Demo-9)
This video practically demonstrates that how to create user defined function to convert the date into dd/mm/yyyy format as per the seperator given by user.
WRITE A PLSQL FUNCTION WHICH ACCEPTS DATE AND SEPERATOR AS ARGUMENT AND CONVERT THE DATE INTO DD/MM/YYYY FORMAT
EXAMPLE
FN_DATE_FORMAT('31-DEC-2022','/')
OUTPUT: 31/12/2022
NOTE: IF USER DOESNOT PROVIDE ANY ARGUMENT THEN FUNCTION SHOULD TAKE SYSTEM_DATE AS DEFAULT AND DEFAULT SEPERATOR IS /
