Setting up vagrant with libvirt
Commands:
$ pacman -S libvirt vagrant
$ vagrant plugin install vagrant-mutate
$ vagrant plugin install vagrant-libvirt
$ systemctl enable libvirtd
$ systemctl start libvirtd
$ vagrant init [box_name]
$ vagrant up
$ vagrant ssh
