Cabbage and Bacon Soup

Recipe

Small head of Cabbage
2 medium sized potatoes
2 medium carrots
2-3 sticks of celery
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
Around 350g/ 3/4 pound of Smoked Bacon
1.5 liters of chicken or veg. stock
2 bay leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
