Stop Overcomplicating Your Notes App: Apple Notes vs Notion
Ever spent hours perfecting your productivity system... only to feel less productive? This video compares Apple Notes and Notion to determine which actually helps you get more done with less effort.
I break down both apps across multiple categories: ease of use, speed, navigation, learning curve, features, organization, AI capabilities, search, and ecosystem. The final score might surprise you—it surprised me, and I wrote the whole thing!
This isn't just about which app has more features. It's about which one you'll actually use consistently without getting lost in endless customization.
If you're tired of bouncing between productivity tools or spending weekends redesigning your "perfect system," this comparison will help you make a clear decision based on what YOU value most: simplicity or control.
