What is ASMR? ASMR - Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Simply put, there are many videos on YouTube to help the viewer relax, calm down, experience positive emotions and just fall asleep. Basically, ASMR videos include whispering and/or soft speech, tapping, grinding, rustling, personal attention, touching, etc. An integral part of ASMR is role-playing games: putting makeup on a friend, visiting a doctor, psychologist, cosmetologist, hairdresser, etc. Each person has a personal favorite trigger (a sound that gives goosebumps). I'm sure you'll definitely find it on my channel! tags: asmr, triggers, tapping, quiet voice, whisper,
