In this quick CSS tutorial, I’ll show you how to build a color picker that lets your users fully personalize your app’s theme.
We’re using the new oklch() color format alongside the powerful from var(--color) syntax to calculate relative colors — giving you super clean, user-centered theming.

Once the user picks a base color, the entire interface will automatically adjust shades, highlights, and backgrounds in perfect harmony.
If you’ve never heard of oklch() or the from keyword in CSS before — this is your chance to level up your CSS game.
Perfect for modern apps, dashboards, and websites that need flexible, light/dark neutral color systems.
