Let's Try Pickled Veggies (Achaar)
Achaar is basically like ice cream and it's a very popular condiment in Pakistani. You can kind of think of this as how Koreans may use their kimchi. These veggies are pickled in vinegar, mustard oil and a whole bunch of amazing spices and left to bathe in the sun. My favourite way to have achaar is alongside daal (lentils).
