Hey, it's Mass here, and today I'm going to walk you through how to create and delete Netflix user profiles. I'm on my desktop for this demo because it's a bit easier to show you, but you can follow these steps on any device you use to watch Netflix.
When you're on the main Netflix screen, head to your profile picture at the top. My kids have amusingly set our profiles to animals; I'm represented as a dog, and my wife, Laura, is a cat.
Click on "manage profiles" to get started. Once you're in the manage profiles section, you'll see all the current profiles.
To add a new one, just hit the "add profile" button. Let's name our new profile Boris, just for fun.
If it's for a child, you can make it a kids' profile to ensure they only see child-friendly content. Boris isn't a child, though, so we'll skip that part.
After creating Boris, you can customize a bunch of settings like language preferences, subtitle appearance, and even set a profile lock for added security. Each profile can be tailored to individual preferences, which is super handy.
Now, let's talk about deleting a profile. If you ever need to, just click on the profile you want to remove and scroll down to the "delete profile" button.
For demonstration, we're saying goodbye to Boris. A prompt will confirm that you really want to delete the profile, and with one more click, it's done.
And that's pretty much it! Creating and deleting profiles on Netflix is a breeze.
