Ingredients for making Cloud Bread from TikTok:
3 Eggs
2 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Corn Starch
Food Coloring
Instructions for making TikTok Cloud Bread:
first, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Save the yolks for later
Whisk by hand
Place the egg whites in a large bowl
Now add in your sugar
Also add in your corn starch
Whisk by hand
Now you can add your food coloring
Using an electric hand whisk, whisk on a high speed until soft peaks form
Now spoon the egg whites mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake in the oven to 300°F for 25 minutes
Your cloud bread is now ready to serve
