This is Matt and this is a short video on how to delete all posts on a Facebook page.
I’m right here on my Film Lifestyle page. Don’t worry, I’m not going to delete all the posts on this page as that would be silly since it’s a big page. Instead, I set up a demo page earlier so I can walk you through the process.
First, click on the page in question. Importantly, you need to be logged in as the page itself or as an admin of the page. You can’t do this from your personal profile.
I’m now on my Barn Green Ventures demo page where I have two test posts. Normally, you could just click the three dots on each post and move it to trash individually. But if you have a lot of posts, you won’t want to do that one by one.
Instead, click Manage Posts. From there, you can click Select All. Facebook currently allows you to select up to 50 posts at a time. Once you’ve highlighted them, click Next.
Don’t click Clear — that doesn’t actually delete them. To delete, choose Move to Trash and then confirm by clicking Done. All the selected posts will now be deleted. If you have hundreds or thousands, you may need to repeat the process in batches, but this is the fastest way to do it.
If I refresh the page now, you’ll see all of my test posts are gone. The screen shows “No posts available.”
