1. **Open Instagram**: Launch the Instagram app on your iOS or Android device.
2. **Navigate to Suggested Posts**: Scroll down your feed until you reach the suggested posts section.
3. **Hide Posts**: Tap the three dots (…) on a suggested post.
4. **Select "Not Interested"**: From the options, choose "Not Interested" to hide the post and reduce similar suggestions.
5. **Further Options**: You can also select "Snooze all suggested posts" to pause them for 30 days.
