UPDATE: Since I'm running Windows 10 Pro N (emphasis on the N, here), I needed to install the Windows Media Feature Pack.

My ShadowPlay recording short key (Alt+F11) creates a folder in my Videos directory (e.g. "Desktop" or "World of Warcraft"), but it doesn't actually save a video file to the folder.
