I’ll show you how to create a blurry image background in Elementor. So, we can set any image as our background with blurry effect. And you can apply this blur effect also for video background.
First we need to add a background image from the Style Tab. Then, we need to do some Custom CSS for the Elementor blur background image. Then, from background overlay you can also set an overlay above that blurry image.
