German film maker Christian travelled to our fitness bootcamp in Lapland during the winter of 2022 to drop fat, build muscle and kick start a healthy lifestyle which he could continue when returning to Germany.
The harsh Arctic conditions we experience make our winter training camps intense and difficult which only adds to the experience and satisfaction of completing your training and achieving your fitness goals!
Everyone that attends our fitness training facility leaves us fitter, stronger, healthier and loaded with the nutritional knowledge to continue living an all round healthy lifestyle when you go home.
Rising Dragon School was founded in 2006 high in the mountains of China where Scott became the first foreigner in China to open a residential fitness & martial arts school teaching and training thousands of people from all over the world!
