Hey Guys! Welcome back to another CG Smoothie Video! In this video I teach you how to make an Adaptive Audio system to make Footstep sound effects correlate to the terrain your character is walking over! This system should be compatible with Every type of game you may be making, from Top Down 2D, Profile View 2D, and all 3D Games! It is also easily expandable to add sound effects for other terrain behaviors like Breaking and Placing for a sandbox game like Minecraft or Terraria! I hope using this Adaptive Audio System will thoroughly spice up your games!
